On behalf of the Commission on Astroparticle Physics (C4) of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and the local organizing committee (LOC), we cordially invite you to attend the 36^th International Cosmic Ray Conference (ICRC-2019). The conference will be held from July 24 to August 1, 2019, in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, on the campus of the University of Wisconsin–Madison. This conference is organized biannually under the auspices of

IUPAP.

Physicists from around the world will present, discuss, and review their scientific results in the broad field of astroparticle physics. Astroparticle physics related to theory/models, experimental methods/techniques, and instrumentation will be covered in this conference. The major scientific topics include:

                (i) Cosmic- Ray Physics

(ii) Gamma-Ray Astronomy

(iii) Neutrino Astronomy

(iv) Dark Matter Physics

(v) Solar and Heliospheric Physics

ICRC-2019 will be conducted in accordance with IUPAP principles. In particular, no bona fide scientist will be excluded from participation on the grounds of national origin, citizenship, or any other consideration unrelated to science. IUPAP actively encourages the participation of women scientists,. IUPAP has an active policy against all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Participants from countries requiring a visa to enter the USA are encouraged to apply for it well in advance, especially in view of the elaborate procedure and long lead times involved in the processing of visa applications by overseas US missions. If you require a visa, then please write to the LOC in early January, 2019, for a letter of invitation which will be required at the time of your visa application. If despite your best efforts, there is a delay in procuring a US visa, then you may request an extension from the LOC to be eligible for the early registration payment fee. The LOC will consider and may grant such extensions on a case-by-case basis.
